Thirty Years at the Pit
Pull up a chair. Rolling Smokehouse is a family operation through and through. The rubs, the sauces, the way we run the smoker: all of it comes from more than thirty years of cooking BBQ, refining recipes one cook at a time until they were ours.
These days the whole setup rolls on wheels out of Windsor Locks, with the smoker riding on the back porch of our bright red trailer. Same fire, same family, brought to your town, your brewery, your backyard or your wedding.
